Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the whole Multiro family (Multiro Home, MultiroSpan, Multiro Cutter). Product-specific practices for MultiroSpan are described in the section below; other Multiro products describe their own practices where they are offered.

A. Who we are (data controller)

The data controller is ULIC TEK INC. (business reg. no. 54667109), Taiwan (R.O.C.). For any privacy request, contact Support through the Customer Portal or email cs@multiro.io.

B. What we collect (family-wide)

Across Multiro products we may process: your email and license or order status; sign-in and session data; optional usage analytics through Google Analytics only after you choose to allow it; crash and diagnostic logs; and a support reference. On Multiro Home, analytics measures page visits and product-link clicks, not account details, page query strings or workspace content. When analytics is available, use Analytics preferences to decline or withdraw consent at any time without affecting access. Choices apply to this site, not automatically to other products. Payment card details are handled by Paddle at checkout and are never received or stored by us.

C. Sharing, retention and your rights

Information is shared only with providers necessary to operate: Paddle (Merchant of Record for payments and refunds), Google Analytics (feature-usage analytics), email delivery, hosting, and authentication. Some of these providers process data outside Taiwan and the European Economic Area. We do not sell personal data. We retain records while your license or account is active and for as long as tax, accounting, security and audit obligations require, then delete or de-identify them. EU and UK users have GDPR rights (access, deletion, objection); request these through the contact above. The site uses essential cookies and, when analytics is enabled, Google Analytics cookies.

D. Product-specific — MultiroSpan

MultiroSpan is local-first. To activate a paid license we process the device UUID and computer name (and, for device-lock, periodic activation and heartbeat checks). We do NOT collect or transmit your screen content, file contents, clipboard, or signature strokes — these stay on your local network between your paired devices. If the phone-as-camera feature is used, the camera stream is handled between your paired devices and is not uploaded to us.
