Multiro / privacy
Your devices stay yours.
Multiro Span is designed around local, device-to-device connections. The Customer Portal handles account and purchase actions; it is not intended to be a destination for your screen content or files.
1. What this notice covers
This notice covers the public Multiro Home site, Multiro Cutter product links, Multiro Span product information, and the Customer Portal flows connected from Home. A product or provider may present an additional notice when it collects information under its own service terms.
2. Information used by the Portal
Depending on the action you request, the Portal may process the email address you provide, sign-in and session information, account and license status, Beta application details, purchase and delivery status, and a support reference. Payment details are handled by Paddle's checkout flow rather than entered into this Home site.
3. Device content is not the purpose of Home or Portal
Screen sharing and eligible device-to-device transfers are intended to stay between your paired devices. Home and Portal do not need you to upload screen content or file content to explain a normal product flow. Do not send screen content, file content, activation codes, browser cookies, device private keys, or passwords to Support.
4. Local preference and necessary storage
Home stores your selected language in browser-local storage so the next visit can use the same language. The Portal may use host-scoped session and security cookies for sign-in and protected actions. These storage mechanisms are used for the stated experience, not for advertising profiles.
5. Service providers and Paddle
Information may be shared with providers that are necessary for hosting, authentication, email delivery, support operations, and payment. Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as our Merchant of Record for payments and refunds and processes payment information under its own terms and privacy notice. We do not receive or store your card details.
6. Security and retention
We aim to limit access to what the requested service needs, retain records for operational, security, accounting, and audit purposes, and remove or de-identify them when they are no longer needed, subject to legal obligations.
7. Your choices and requests
Use the Customer Portal to view or manage account and license actions. For a privacy question or a request about personal information, use the Support entry in the Portal and include only the minimum information needed to identify your request. We will handle requests according to applicable law, including applicable GDPR rights.
8. Changes
We may update this notice when the products, providers, or legal requirements change. The version and date shown on the published notice identify which terms apply to a new collection or use.
