Terms of Service

These terms apply to the whole Multiro family (Multiro Home, MultiroSpan, Multiro Cutter). Product-specific terms for MultiroSpan are in the section below; other Multiro products state their own product-specific terms where they are offered.

A. Scope and provider

Multiro products are provided by ULIC TEK INC. (business reg. no. 54667109), Taiwan (R.O.C.). By using a Multiro product you agree to these terms together with any product-specific terms and the checkout summary shown at purchase.

B. Accounts and license

Subject to your plan and payment status, we grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the applicable software for your own lawful use. Some free capabilities may work without an account. No resale, redistribution, sublicensing, reverse-engineering, or circumvention of licensing, and no use of another person's activation or account.

C. Payment and Merchant of Record

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”) as our Merchant of Record; your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. We do not receive or store your card details.

D. Acceptable use, warranty and liability

Use the software lawfully and only with content and devices you are authorized to use; do not infringe others' rights. The software is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law; our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing limits non-excludable liability or your statutory consumer rights.

E. Termination, governing law and contact

We may suspend or revoke access obtained through fraud, chargeback abuse, security risk, or failed payment; on a verified refund the corresponding paid entitlement ends while any separately available free capability remains subject to its terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). For questions, contact Support through the Customer Portal or email cs@multiro.io.

F. Product-specific — MultiroSpan

Span is a cross-device Screen Share product. The paid license activates on the number of devices stated in your plan (see the pricing page). Beta access is offered separately from paid licenses; Beta access may be capacity-limited, time-limited, changed, suspended, or ended, and does not promise a paid entitlement or a final feature set.
