Multiro / terms of service
Terms for using Multiro software.
These Terms of Service apply to Multiro Home, Multiro Cutter, and Multiro Span, including the public site, software, Customer Portal, trials, purchases, licenses, and private Beta access.
1. Product roles and scope
Multiro Home is the public product and information site. Multiro Cutter is the independent video trimming product. Multiro Span is the cross-device Screen Share product. The Customer Portal handles sign-in, trials, Beta enrollment, purchases, licenses, and support actions.
2. Accounts and access
Some free product capabilities may work without a Portal account. Account-required actions use the email verification flow shown in the Portal. You are responsible for providing an email you control and for keeping activation links, codes, and account access private.
3. License and permitted use
Subject to the offer and payment status shown in the Portal, you receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the applicable software on eligible devices for your own lawful work. You may not resell, sublicense, share, bypass, reverse engineer, or use another person's activation or account access.
4. Span Beta
Beta software is pre-release. The first invited wave is limited to Windows or Mac Host to iPad Client Screen Share. Beta access may be capacity-limited, time-limited, changed, suspended, or ended while the product is evaluated. Beta participation does not promise a paid entitlement or a final feature set.
5. Payment and Merchant of Record
Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") as our Merchant of Record. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. We do not receive or store your card details. Taxes, currency conversion, payment confirmation, and refund processing are shown by Paddle at checkout or in the applicable payment record.
6. Safety and acceptable use
Use Multiro only with content and devices you are authorized to use. Do not use it to intercept communications, access another person's device without clear permission, distribute unlawful content, or interfere with the security or availability of the products.
7. Updates, availability, and termination
We may update, limit, or retire product capabilities as the products develop. Access may be suspended or revoked for misuse, security risk, failed payment, or an ended Beta invitation. If paid access is revoked because of a verified refund, the corresponding paid activation ends while any separately available free capability remains subject to its current terms.
8. Governing law and support
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you under local law. For questions, contact Support through the Customer Portal and include only the minimum information needed to identify your request.
